Sales tax | |

Get copy of receipt/invoice | |
Go to My Orders section of My Account. Click on the "View or Change" button near the order for which you need to print an invoice. On the order details page you will see the "Print invoice" button. Return to Help Index |

Pre-order Policy | |
Preorders are items that are not yet in stock. Pre-ordering item is a great way to ensure your styles and sizing for the next season. Spring/Summer orders arrive between February 15th and March 30th. Fall/Winter orders arrive between August 15th and September 30th. Our store Return/Exchange Policy applies to pre-ordered items. Preorders ship within 48 hours of the time they arrive at our store. Should you decide to cancel your pre-order before it is received in stock, your payment will not be refunded but we will issue a store credit for this amount.
